Websites
that do the work
We build custom websites and web apps for businesses: business systems, lead capture, calculators, live data. If someone is doing a job by hand, we build the thing that does it for them.
Four things.
Done properly.
Every project is custom, but most land in one of these. We are small on purpose, so the work we take on gets finished.
Business systems
The spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group, replaced.
Attendance, payroll, approvals, booking, client portals and internal dashboards. Built around how your business already runs, not the other way round.
- Your rules become settings
- Roles and permissions
- Reports and exports
- Runs on the phones your team has
Websites that work hard
Not a brochure. A site that answers questions.
Calculators, live data, lead capture and an admin panel you run yourself. The site does the first conversation so your enquiries arrive warm.
- Lead capture with alerts
- Calculators and data pages
- Edit it yourself
- Found by Google and AI assistants
Apps and live products
When it has to happen in real time.
Android apps, live games, scheduled data feeds and payments. We build and run our own products, so we know what it takes to keep one alive.
- Android apps
- Real-time screens
- Scheduled data feeds
- Stripe and PayNow
Hosting and care
Launch is the start, not the handover.
We host what we build, watch it, back it up and keep it patched. Small changes each month are included, so the site never goes stale.
- Hosting and SSL
- Backups and monitoring
- Security updates
- Small changes every month
Built for
real businesses
Four recent builds. Each case study shows what the client needed, what we built, and what runs underneath.

Property Pathway
A property agent's website that prices any HDB block from official sales records, then turns that answer into a lead.

Community Fund Portal
A members-only portal where a community group pays into a shared fund, votes on how to spend it, and sees every dollar in and out.

Aku Rilek Jer
A podcast site the hosts update themselves, rebuilt in three days after the old WordPress site was hacked.

our own too

CheckLah Driver
An Android app that watches flights, cruises, ferries and events, and tells private-hire drivers where the next wave of passengers will land.

Household Ledger
The money app our own household runs on: shared wallets, budgets, loans and bills, with receipts read straight from a photo.
Read the case studyScope to live,
in writing
A real sequence, not a vibe. You always know which step you are on and what is due next.
Scope
One call, then a written scope with a fixed price and a dated plan. If we cannot write it down, we do not quote it.
Weekly demos
A live preview link from the first week and a working demo every Friday. No black box, no surprise reveal at the end.
Go live
Production launch with analytics, error tracking and backups wired up before the first real visitor arrives.
Run
Hosting and care on a monthly plan. Cancel with 30 days notice and take everything with you.
Quoted,
not packaged
No two of our projects have been the same, so we do not sell packages. Tell us the job and you get a written scope and one fixed price. If the scope moves, we requote before we build, never after.
- A written scope: what is in, and what is not
- One fixed price
- A dated plan with a demo every week
- Half to start, half on launch
- A monthly price for hosting and care
- Who owns what (you, all of it)
The questions
everyone asks
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything transfers on final payment, and the accounts that matter (domain, hosting, analytics, app stores) sit in your name from day one. We do not hold anything hostage.
Do you only build websites?
No. Most of what we build runs in the browser because it works on every phone with nothing to install, but we also build Android apps. CheckLah Driver is ours. If a web app does the job for less, we will say so.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. When content changes often we build you an admin panel, like the one the Aku Rilek Jer hosts use to publish episodes. For everything else, small changes are part of hosting and care.
What does hosting and care cover?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime and error monitoring, security updates and a set amount of small changes each month. It is quoted with the project, billed monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes, for most modern web projects. We start with a paid two day audit so you get a written verdict before committing to a rebuild.
How long does a project take?
Two to three weeks for a typical website, four to eight for a web app or business system. You get a dated plan in the quote and a live preview link from the first week.
How do payments work?
Half to start, half on launch. Hosting and care is billed monthly in advance. You get a proper invoice from Kool Automation LLP for every payment.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the job, who will use it, your budget range and a rough deadline. The form below covers all four. Logos, copy and photos can come later.
Start your
project
Tell us the job you want off your plate. You get back a scope, a price and a date. No funnels, no discovery call before the discovery call.
