Community Fund Portal
A members-only portal where a community group pays into a shared fund, votes on how to spend it, and sees every dollar in and out.
- Who for
- Members' community group, Singapore
- Status
- Live, members only
- What we built
- Custom business system

The brief
The group collects a monthly contribution from its members and spends it on events. Every payment has to be checked, every spend agreed, and every member should be able to see where the money went.
They needed one place for all of it, open only to members, with the treasurer checking payments and the members deciding the spending by vote.
What it does
Pay by PayNow QR
Each member gets a PayNow QR for the right amount and uploads the payment screenshot in the same step.
Treasurer checks every payment
The treasurer sees each proof, then verifies it or rejects it with a note the member can read.
Spending put to a vote
Any member can propose how to spend the fund. A proposal passes once more than half of active members vote yes.
Expenses with receipts
Every spend is recorded with its receipt and linked to the proposal that approved it, with templates for costs that repeat.
Members and roles
Invite-only sign-in, with admin, treasurer and member roles that decide who can do what.
Money in the open
A live balance, money in and money out, and a full history that every member can open.
A closer look

The parts you do not see
The jobs that run quietly in the background, so nobody has to do them by hand.
- Votes are counted the moment they are cast, so a proposal passes, or closes once it can no longer pass, without anyone keeping a tally.
- The rules on who can see or change what are enforced by the database itself, not just hidden in the screens.
- Alerts on the phone and in the app keep members up to date on contributions, votes and spending.
- It installs on a phone like an app, with no app store involved.
